The cooling system on your car is responsible for keeping the engine cool so that the engine doesn’t overheat and can continue to run at optimal performance.

The cooling system includes such engine parts and fluids as the radiator, coolant, and water pump. The water pump acts as a sort of heart for the cooling system, as it circulates the coolant through the system, delivering coolant to all engine parts.
